What this site is, what it is not, and what actually governs work we do for a client.
Who you are dealing with
This site is published by Nabay Technology & Media LLC, trading as The Media Agent, registered in the Sultanate of Oman. Using it means accepting what follows.
This site is not an offer
Anything on these pages — service descriptions, ranges, timelines, examples of work — is there to tell you how we operate. It is not a quotation and it does not bind either of us. A piece of work is governed only by a signed proposal or contract between you and Nabay Technology & Media LLC; where this site and that document disagree, the signed document wins.
What we own
The design, code, copy, photography and brand marks on this site belong to Nabay Technology & Media LLC or to the clients who licensed them to us. Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain theirs. Please do not copy the site or pass its content off as your own. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and welcome.
What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and current, but platforms and prices change and pages can fall behind. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation — for that, talk to us. We do not guarantee the site is always available or error-free, and we are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of a page alone.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we are pointing at something we found useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they do with your data.
What you send us
Do not submit anything through this site that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you are not entitled to share. What you do send stays yours — we use it only to answer you, as set out in the privacy notice.
Changes to the site and to these terms
We add, change and remove pages as the business changes, and we may update these terms. The date at the top says when this version was published; continuing to use the site after that date means these terms apply to you. Nothing here changes a contract already signed between us.

If part of this does not hold
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
