Consulting

An audit of what a brand is doing online right now, what's costing it money, and exactly what to fix first.

  • Brand Audit
  • Social Audit
  • Website Audit

How we approach it

The way we run Consulting

Not every brand needs an agency on retainer. Sometimes it needs an honest read on what's already there. We audit the brand's digital presence, tell it plainly what's working and what isn't, and hand over a prioritised list of fixes — whether or not we're the ones who carry them out.

What's included

What the engagement actually contains

  1. 01

Brand audit — positioning, identity consistency and how the brand actually reads to its market

  2. 02

Social media audit — content quality, posting discipline, engagement and community handling

  3. 03

Digital presence audit — search visibility, listings, reviews and everywhere a customer meets the brand

  4. 04

Website audit — structure, speed, mobile experience and the paths that should lead to a sale

  5. 05

A written findings document, in plain language

  6. 06

Issues ranked by what they're actually costing the business

  7. 07

A recommended fix list in the order it should be tackled

  8. 08

A working session to walk the team through all of it

How it runs

From first look to monthly report

The same four steps behind every service we run.

  1. 01

    Audit

We look at what is live — the site, the ad accounts, the feed, the numbers — and say plainly what is working and what is costing money.

  2. 02

    Plan

One objective per channel, a scope in writing, and a budget split you can argue with before anything is spent.

  3. 03

    Build

Creative, site and campaign structure built together, rather than handed between three vendors who blame each other later.

  4. 04

    Run and report

Monthly reporting in plain language against the objective we agreed — not a screenshot of impressions.

Where it matters most

The sectors that lean on this

Same service, different playbook. Pick yours to see how we run it.

Before you ask

The questions we get every week

Can we hire you for one service rather than all of them?

Yes. A lot of work starts with a single channel — the ads, or the site, or the feed. The point of one team is that adding the next piece later does not mean briefing a new agency from zero.

Why is there no price list on the site?

Because the scope sets the price, and two brands asking for "social media" can need very different things. You get the scope and the number in writing, together, before anything starts — and nothing is billed that is not in it.

Who owns the ad accounts, the website and the content?

You do. We work inside your own ad accounts, pages and domain wherever you have them, with access you can see and revoke — and anything we set up on your behalf is set up to be handed over.

Do you work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes — copy, captions, ad creative and websites, in both.

What does the free audit actually involve?

You send us what is live — the site, the ad account, the profiles. We come back with the first three things we would change, in order, and why. It is written, it is specific to you, and it does not oblige you to anything.

How will we know whether it is working?

We agree one objective per channel before launch, set up the tracking that measures it, and report against that number every month in plain language. If it is not moving, the report says so.

Want this running properly?

Fifteen minutes is enough to know whether we are a fit. No pressure, no generic pitch deck.
